What support does Pivot provide during implementation?
Pivot’s implementation covers the setup of the Pivot tool (i.e., from the platform configuration, setup of the different integrations, to the roll-out to end-users). This includes dedicated project management, a detailed rollout plan, workshop tutorials, testing, user training, and onboarding kits tailored for different user roles. Communication templates are also provided to support a smooth go-live.
Do we get a dedicated customer success manager?
Yes. Each customer is paired with a dedicated Customer Operations Manager during implementation, and then a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure ongoing success after implementation.
How does Pivot support change management?
Pivot supports its customers in the change management, providing guidance and communication material. The team is also involved in key decision meetings when requested by the customer. Pivot takes charge of onboarding sessions with the different audiences (e.g., end-users, Admin teams) to make sure adoption is the fastest.
What happens after go-live?
After rollout, we run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track KPIs, but more importantly, to step back from day-to-day operations, review how we can improve processes, and align on strategic topics. We also highlight new features developed by Pivot that can bring value to your team, and we share our Product roadmap to give visibility into upcoming enhancements that may be relevant for you.
