Pivot earned the Customer Value badge in both the Intake and Orchestration and the AP Automation/Invoice-to-Pay categories in The Hackett Group’s Spring 2026 SolutionMap.

We also received the Validated Provider badge, confirming that our capabilities have been independently verified through The Hackett Group's assessment process.

What is the SolutionMap?
The SolutionMap is widely regarded as the one of the most thorough, data-driven evaluations of procurement technology available today. Published by The Hackett Group's Solution Intelligence team, it assesses over 118 vendors across 16 source-to-pay categories against more than 500 functional and platform requirements, spanning from core module capabilities and AI effectiveness to ERP integrations and user experience.
What sets the SolutionMap apart is its methodology. Vendors cannot purchase favorable rankings. Scores are determined through a multi-round process: vendors self-score against detailed RFI requirements, analysts counter-score and conduct full product demonstrations, and final scores are only confirmed after both sides have reviewed the evidence.
Customer feedback is gathered separately through anonymized, verified surveys, ensuring that what buyers read reflects real-world experience, not marketing claims.
What the Customer Value Badges mean
The Customer Value Badge is awarded based entirely on feedback from verified end users. Customers evaluate vendors across a range of dimensions including delivery against expectations, problem-solving, collaboration, and net promoter score. Individual responses are not attributed, inputs are anonymized and aggregated, making the badge a genuine signal of how a product performs in practice.
