Before Pivot: A black-box ticketing system

Flix previously relied on a ticketing system to manage purchase requests and approval workflows, a setup that created significant manual effort across teams. Each request had to be manually replicated in their ERP, resulting in duplicated work, fragmented processes, and limited visibility for end users.

This meant that it “was a black box for requesters, they had no clue of what was happening,” said Joshy George, Flix’s Procurement Transformation Manager.

The search: Choosing a user-friendly procurement solution
